Ordering

An order is accepted once we send your confirmation email. If an item turns out to be unavailable we'll tell you and refund that item in full.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and include our costs but not local duties or import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility. We may change prices at any time; the price shown when you order is the price you pay.

Returns

Our return terms are set out on the Shipping & Returns page and form part of these terms.

Product images

We photograph every product carefully, but colours can vary slightly between screens and between print runs.

Our designs

All PAWCHÉ artwork, slogans, photography and the PAWCHÉ name and logo belong to us. Please don't copy, reprint or resell them.

Liability

Our products are clothing and accessories, not safety equipment. Supervise your dog while they wear them, and remove anything that doesn't fit comfortably.
